Defective products will be refunded immediately if reported within a 30 day period. A return package will be sent to the address of which the purchase was made to ensure return. 

 

Refunds are granted if the product is returned within a 30 day period.

 

If a product is requested for a refund after the 30 day return period, store credit or an exchange will be the only refund option available.
